Every order moves through a clear, logged process, and payouts are only released after our team verifies your payment. Your rate is guaranteed for 10 minutes, you get an email and in-app update at each step, and you can secure your account with two-factor authentication. We'll never DM you asking for funds or your password.

Go to New order → Sell, choose the coin and amount, and you'll see the locked rate and how much Naira you'll receive. Send the crypto to the address shown, submit your proof (transaction hash and/or screenshot), and once we verify it, your Naira is paid to your saved bank account.

Go to New order → Buy, pick the coin and amount, and enter the wallet address where you want to receive it. Pay the Naira into the account shown, submit your payment proof, and we send your crypto after verifying.

When you create an order, the rate is fixed for 10 minutes. Complete your payment and submit proof before the countdown ends. If it expires, the order is cancelled and you simply start a new one at the current rate — no penalty.

Coin prices come live from the market (refreshed about once a minute), converted to Naira using our Naira-per-dollar rate. The dashboard always shows the current buy and sell price per coin.

After you submit proof, our team reviews it and completes the payout. You’ll see the status update on the order page in real time and receive an email at each step (received, verified, completed).
